A wellness provider gets a shot in the arm from the industry pioneering Wellness ERP architected, designed and developed by Technosoft

Our client was about to embark on a major expansion strategy combining new services offers with targeting newer markets. But they faced several challenges namely maintaining the data that would underpin this expansion, the need to maintain multiple systems that were standalone and lacked reliability and scalability. Above all there was a lack of Integration of information and systems for employees, subcontractors, accounts, clients and agencies.

From our interactions it was clear that business executives and users required improved accessibility, usability, reliability, scalability.

Based on our understanding of the challenges faced during the course of day to day operations, our team proposed a ground-up custom web application which acted as a one stop solution for the client’s business operation. This was a web based application which integrated core business operations with new business functionality and appointment systems. It allowed the management of patient programs such as flu and wellness through a single application and utilized web tools such as Google Maps, Geo coding and secure web portal for sub contractors, patients and dashboard reports. The technologies used were MS SQL 2008, .Net 3.5, ASP.NET and C#.

This pioneering Wellness ERP reduced the time it took Program Mangers in finding out the right subcontractor, agencies and field employees using the innovative Google maps feature. It also offered integrated time management, expense tracking, logistics, inventory and client information. The implementation of Geo coding reduced human errors thereby ensuring accurate information and reduced process timing and increased business.

A global professional services company gives its core application much needed support and enhancements for a competitive differentiation

Our client wanted to move away from their existing vendor with whom they had a contract for application maintenance as it was a high cost model. Yet they were concerned about the ability to continue to develop critical enhancements to keep their core product ahead of the competition without any disruption to their business.

Technosoft proposed a flexible engagement model that was cost-effective and would provide the necessary attention and comfort through close co-ordination with customer. This was particularly important as the client was extremely concerned about the possible business risk of transitioning the application support/maintenance to a new vendor.

The team transitioned the maintenance and support of the complete integrated platform without affecting the entire survey life cycle (the core business) offered to major organizations. Level 2 & Level 3 support was provided for the integrated platform product with an optimal mix of on-site and offshore personnel. We implemented complex enhancements to the core applications based on end-user need and enhanced reporting provided seamless access to information.

A successful Sharepoint migration provides greater insights and reports

Our client wanted to engage with an external partner for supporting their existing Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) application with the end goal being a migration to SharePoint 2010 due to its rich user experience and search capabilities.

Initially the Technosoft team supported the existing WSS 3.0 application which included activities like adding new features, bug fixing, production deployment, testing among others. Subsequently the application was migrated from WSS 3.0 to MOSS 2010 (Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server) with Silver Light and AJAX for the right user experience. Additionally the team developed an email alert mechanism for each stage of the experiment, various reports that utilized Silver Light Charting features and statistical reports and also provided user friendly search option based on Silverlight 4.0.

The technologies used were SharePoint 2010, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, ASP.NET 2.0, C#, SharePoint Designer 2010, Oracle 11g, Silverlight 4.0.
