Radhakrishnan Gurusamy has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to co-founding Technosoft, Radhakrishnan was as a Business Analyst in 1991 for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Chennai, India and worked on projects in India, England and USA. In 1993 Radhakrishnan joined Syntel Inc., (NASDAQ: SYNT) in Troy, Michigan, USA and supported Deloitte Consulting as a Business Consultant and later in 1994 Ford Motor Company as an Information Technology Leader.

Radhakrishnan graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University (India) with a B.S. in Mathematics. He also earned an M.S. in Applied Sciences (Computer) from Bharathiyar University (India).

With an entrepreneurial spirit and the vision of creating an organization that focused on exceeding customer’s expectations with dedication, Radhakrishnan co-founded Technosoft Corporation in 1996, today a pioneer in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider.
